This isn't my first time ordering from BALDUR Garten. I've bought Rosen and Kletterpflanzen from them before, and this time I got some Heckenpflanzen and Bodendecker. I placed an order for several Ziersträucher and some Blumenzwiebeln. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and easy to navigate. Shipping took about 6 business days to arrive in my area. The plants were meticulously packaged; each shrub had its root ball secured, and the bulbs were in breathable bags. Upon arrival, one of the Ziersträucher had a slightly bent branch, likely from transit, but it wasn't severely damaged. I contacted customer support via email, and they responded within 24 hours, offering a partial refund or replacement, which I appreciated. The quality of the other plants seems good, and they've started growing well since planting. The Rasensamen I also bought sprouted evenly. Overall, a positive experience, especially with the responsive customer service regarding the minor issue.
Decent quality, delivery could improve
I bought some Mediterrane Pflanzen, specifically an Olivenbaum and a few Lavendel plants. The quality of the plants themselves was good; they arrived looking robust and healthy. The price was also competitive for what I received. However, the delivery took a bit longer than I expected, around 7 days, and the tracking information wasn't always updated in real-time, which was a minor frustration. The packaging was adequate, though the box for the Olivenbaum was a bit squashed on one side. Luckily, the plant wasn't damaged. Overall, I'm satisfied with the plants, but I hope they can speed up their delivery and improve tracking visibility in the future.
